We make bean to bar dark chocolate in small batches with a high percentage of cocoa parts (70% and more). The cocoa beans and all ingredients we use are of an organic origin. Bean to Bar is a method of chocolate crafting practiced by chocolate makers that are involved at every stage of the process that the cacao bean goes through.
