~ Handcrafted dark chocolate ~
Three years ago we started a small business of making handcrafted bean to bar chocolates. Through dedication, an eagerness to learn and passion, we have gained knowledge of each stage of the chocolate making process.
Bean to bar chocolate is not produced industrially but exclusively from natural ingredients and has an author's stamp, i.e. it is produced from raw cocoa beans.
Cocoa beans from different areas result in different chocolate flavours, since cocoa beans from each country have different taste. Some have sour and fruity flavours while others have recognizable dark chocolate taste so it is up to chocolatier to add the signature mark. Making bean to bar chocolate is not easy process. It takes time and a lot of effort.
Our blended bars are comprised of a mix of exclusive cacao beans from all over the world. By experimenting with various flavour profiles from a variety of cacao beans, our blended bar is a perfectly balanced chocolate synthesis of the best cacao mother nature has to offer.
